  1. Wall squat and hold
    • 3 x 30 sec hold
  2. Seated straight leg rainbow
    • 3 x 10
  3. Reverse lunge
    • 2 x 6 per side
  4. Wall plank and leg lift
    • 2 x 8 per side
  5. Chair supported arabesque
    • 3 x 30 sec hold
  6. Toe raises against wall
    • 2 x 15
